The 2024 BMW X6 combines a stylish design with powerful engines and sought-after amenities. Power and Performance
The engine lineup starts with a 375-horsepower turbo-six with the option to step up to a 523-hp or a 617-hp twin-turbo V8. The midrange engine achieves a 3.8-second zero-to-60 time. The X6 comes with standard all-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission that gives you the control of a manual mode. All three engines get a new-for-2024 hybrid power boost of 48 hp.
The X6 allows you to tow up to 7,200 pounds with the proper equipment. It comes with a standard Trailer Prep Package, and you can add an available hitch.
Safety and Driver Assistance
Standard driver assistance tech in the X6 includes blind-spot monitoring, lane-keep assist, pedestrian detection, rear cross-traffic alert, forward collision alert, and automatic emergency braking. You can also add the new Highway Assist feature for semi-autonomous operation on compatible highways.

You’ll have more than 27 cubic feet of cargo space in the X6, which more than doubles to almost 60 cubic feet when you fold down the second row. Standard convenience features include a hands-free trunk release, a smart key entry system, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, automatic headlights and high beams, and a universal garage door opener.
You’ll also have a sunroof, synthetic leather upholstery, ambient cabin lighting, and heated, power-adjustable front seats. Ventilating seats with a massaging function, leather or Merino leather upholstery, a synthetic suede headliner, open-pore wood trim, and heated rear seats are available.
Infotainment Tech
The X6 received a new digital dashboard configuration for 2024. It features a curved display that pairs a 14.9-inch touchscreen with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. The system supports hand gestures and a rotary dial controller.
This SUV also has standard Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, wireless device charging, satellite radio, and navigation, as well as an available augmented reality navigation system.
