Letter From Our GM

I am honored and privileged to be the General Manager of BMW of Westbrook. In the 20-plus years that I've worked at the Bill Dodge Auto Group, I've had the great fortune of meeting a very diverse and eclectic group of people that all share in one thing, the appreciation of the Ultimate Driving Machine, also known as BMW.

As much as I'd like to take credit for the successes that BMW has experienced through the years, I can't. Quite honestly, they have made great automobiles throughout their existence, and knowing what I already see on their horizon, there's no end in sight.

Nearly 60 percent of its vehicles are shipped to about 120 global markets, making BMW the largest automotive exporter by value in the United States for nine consecutive years. This isn't an accomplishment that happens by accident. Great products and excellent planning translate well in any country. We aspire to provide our customers with meaningful interaction to complete the experience.

As dynamic as the BMW automobiles are, our staff must be equally dynamic. This is our goal and focus as we build each relationship, one person/opportunity at a time.

Though BMW makes excellent automobiles, the experiences our customers enjoy result from the fantastic, dedicated team surrounding me. A shared vision and commitment, combined with personal pride and caring, have allowed us to consistently provide our customers with the service and experience they deserve and expect. In addition to having solid core values, we've also learned how to listen. And when you combine hearing and caring, great things are possible.

I realize a customer initially comes to us because we offer a significant premium product. And I'm also aware that it takes a premium experience to continue to allow us to grow. The growth we've experienced over the past 37 years has been tremendous. And for that, I thank you.

I've been fortunate to have been able to travel extensively. I find Maine an excellent backdrop for a beautiful life and a great place to do business.
